2024년 7월 9일, 완산골지역아동센터에서는 아동들의 심신과 육체를 단련시킬 수 있는 검도교실 프로그램이 시작되었다.
새롭게 시작되는 수업에 맞추어 검도사범님은 아이들에게 검도의 기초와 개념에 대해 설명하는 시간을 가졌다.
많은 아동들이 바르게 앉아 사범님의 말씀에 경청하는 모습을 보였다.
몇 몇 아이들이 앞에 나봐 죽도를 휘두르는 체험을 해보기도 하였다. 이번 체험을 통해 인내심, 체력, 정신단련을 모두 기를 수 있는 계기가 될 것 같다.
